Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. In the US we may exchange cards, candy, and/or gifts to express how much we love our family and friends. Valentine’s Day isn’t just celebrated in America. It has a long history that is celebrated with different traditions in many countries. At Erpenbeck Elementary each grade/class is honoring this fun day in their own way. Teachers will be sending home information for their class. As cards are exchanged, please remember to make sure there is one for each student in your student’s class. Check out the link below to see the first 5 countries we are spotlighting. The next 6 will be coming soon. See how these traditions are similar or different from ours but still mean the same: Love
