Fresh Homemade Onion Jam
Dried Lemon Balm
Goodness Grows' onions were turned into a savory condiment for you, in the form of onion jam. The recipe below is the one we used. It suggests serving the jam over cream cheese with crackers (just like Jungle Jam!) or using it as a spread for sandwiches. Additionally, onion jam can be mixed with sour cream to make a dip, served as a topping for beef/chicken/pork/seafood, made into a vinaigrette for salads, mixed with rice or pasta...the options are endless!
Dried Lemon Balm
Dried lemon balm, which is a member of the mint family, is great for seasoning salad dressings and meats. It pairs particularly well with chicken, as in the recipe below. It also can be used to make a soothing tea.
Parsley is a mild herb, making it good for a large variety of dishes. It is often used in soups or as a garnish on roasted meat. One of the most interesting and unique recipes I have found pairs it with oranges for a salad full of flavor.
If you need a new potato recipe, try the one below. It is flavorful and easy plus the cooking method makes clean up take no time at all!
