Reminders
*Send your student with a water bottle each day.
*Put your student's name in their coats and jackets.
*Attendance is an important piece to a students education. Please be sure that your student is at school all day for a full day of learning. Have them to school on time and stay through the entire day until we release at 3:05 pm.
* Please remind your students about our rules and expectations at Southworth in regards to respecting other, keeping our hands to ourselves, and being safe.
National School Breakfast Week
We will hang these up to be judged and select prize winners!
Remember BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day, so thank you for helping celebrate this!
American Heart Challenge!
Dear Families –
Thank you for participating in the American Heart Challenge with us! The top 3 participating classes were: Ms. Bridges and Ms. Jenkins who tied for first with 9 students each. Ms. Stephens' class in 2nd with 8 students participation.
Mia G. was our top fundraiser with $854.59, Colton K. was 2nd with $397.32 with a gold to be more active, and Delphia C. was third with $343.88.
We received donations from 18 of our 50 states, had 124 students registered with $9,535.96 raised for the American Heart Association! We also had 71 students practicing Kindness, 54 Being Active and 23 students who completed Finn's challenge! Great Job Southworth Stars!!
Ms. Holmes, Ms. Patin, Mr. Dust and Mr. Cook will be sprayed with silly string! Ms. Rachelle kissed her pig!

Booster Club meeting Tuesday, March 8th at 6:00 pm in our Cafeteria.
Booster Club will be handing out a special birthday treat to all students on March 2nd for Dr. Seuss' Birthday!
Popcorn Friday's are back!
If you did not prepay for popcorn for the year, you can still send $.50 on Fridays for popcorn.
