Annual College Night

The decision has been made to move our Annual College Night to a virtual setting. This will provide greater access for our students to be able to attend this yearly event.

The event will only be during the times below, but there is still an opportunity for students to work with their teachers to register and prepare themselves by selecting the colleges they want to see. Here are the details:

What: 2021 annual College Night - a chance for students and parents to virtually meet with representatives of higher education institutions

When: Monday, September 20, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Where: ANYWHERE with a device equipped with internet access

Summary: High school students, along with their parents, are expected to attend Fort Worth ISD’s 2021 annual “College Night” on Monday, September 20, 2021. This year, College Night will be held virtually from the comfort of your home using your favorite internet enabled electronic device.

With hundreds of universities and institutions from around Texas and across the nation constructing “virtual booths” to house YouTube videos, presentations, and opportunities for live chats, College Night will provide a wealth of educational opportunities at the click of a button.

This event promises to offer “one-stop shopping” for all things higher education. Students will learn how to navigate college options during COVID-19 and beyond.

Student registration is open now! Below are the steps.

  1. Go to
  2. Select the green Virtual College Fair button
  3. Select Student as Registrant Type
  4. Fill out all the required general information
  5. Accept terms and conditions

Kick-off is from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. coming...

Last Week for Attendance Recovery

All attendance recovery time will take place in the high school cafeteria. Days and times are Monday through Thursday 3:45 - 6:45 pm. We will also offer seat time on this final Saturday, September 25 from 9 am to 3 pm.

Middle School Students Enjoy Club Time

Every 3rd B day, middle school students attend a club of their choice. This includes the clubs shown in the pictures above as well as many others including board games, astronomy, puzzles and many others. Clubs time takes place during the third homeroom class of the week. Students will get a chance to periodically change their group so that they can get a chance to explore many different interests throughout the year.
