Our Final 8 Weeks of the Term has arrived in a blur, hold on to your hats - things are about to get interesting (ok, ok, they're always interesting here....so MORE interesting!)
April Newsletter Highlights:
- Good Friday is April 7th - Check your Student Portal Calendar for changes/updates
- April 10th & April 28th - PISD School Holidays - OPEN FOR ALL REGULAR LESSONS
- Spring Recital Showcase Registration Opens March 31st at 12 PM.
- Summer Term - June 5th - July 27th - Registration opens in May
- New Lesson Pricing, Policies & Procedures for ALL Students begins June 1st.

Alert: Good Friday & Easter Monday
If you would like to cancel your lesson for that day, please be sure to communicate this to Ms. Gaela or Iris before the day of to avoid Same Day Cancellation fees.
All cancellations must be communicated to the Schedule Team NOT to the Teachers. Cancellations can be communicated through email to email@example.com, text message to 469-296-6007 or cancelled directly through the Student Portal.

Showcase Registration Incentive for Students!
We're taking a Beat to recover from Sliming & Pie Facing for this Spring's Recital Showcase.
Not to worry though - we're still gonna make this a really cool for our performers!
As we hit each Registration Benchmark, we'll do a raffle drawing for a $10 Gift card to a local spot of the winner's choosing. You can pick from Andy's Frozen Custard, Sonic, 1418 Coffee, or Starbucks.
If we hit our Studio Registration goal of 175 Students, we'll do a Grand Prize Drawing for a pair of Beats Studio3 headphones AND the winner's teacher will get a $100!

Mark Your Calendars - Summer Term Enrollments Opens in May
As a reminder, lesson times do NOT carry over from School Term to Summer Term. All Students will be required to register for a Summer Term lesson time.
A Preview of Summer Term Teaching Availability will be posted on our website by April 15th!
New Student Portal Coming Soon!
Heads up - We will be moving into a new Student Portal to better serve you in May!
Our new student portal, hosted by JackRabbit Music, will be used to register for all future lessons and group classes. Access instructions are coming soon to your email address and we cannot wait to streamline your online experience with us!
New Lesson Pricing & Updated Policies Go Into Effect June 1st!
Please note our updated pricing structure for the upcoming terms. Existing Students will see the increase go into effect on June 1st.
Summer Ensemble Groups
Ready to take your music experience to the next level? This Summer, we're launching New Ensemble Opportunities for your students!
Check out the Details below for Ensemble Options!
- Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for that month's lessons.
- A Card on File is REQUIRED for all accounts and will be used for Auto-Draft payments on the 1st of each month.
- Invoices are Due Upon Receipt
- Invoices NOT PAID IN FULL by the 10th of each month will incur a $10 Late Fee & lesson time may be forfeited.
- Teacher Cancellations are NOT BILLABLE. If known before the 1st, you will see a $0 charge on the invoice. Teacher Cancellations after the 1st will be credited on the NEXT invoice.
Semester Invoices are issued on the 1st Monday of the Semester and will list all lesson dates your student is booked for. Any changes made after the Date of Issue WILL NOT be reflected on that invoice and may necessitate an End of Semester Invoice for any charges in excess of your original payment amount.
