Nutritious Recipe {Cranberry-Citrus Muffins}
2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose-flour
2/3 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
1 [8-ounce] carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 large egg
cooking spray
1 1/2 turbinado sugar or granulated sugar
Cook for 33 minutes and preheat oven to 375 degrees
