Cartersville Middle School
The Hurricane Watch, February 2022
This is a very busy time of year at CMS. Students are involved in a variety of school activities and numerous community programs. The entire school is preparing for the state mandated End of Grade test in May. Take time to check the school calendar for dates for all upcoming events. During the spring months continue to monitor your child’s assignments and grades by using the Cartersville City Schools App and stay in contact with teachers.
Hello CMS families! Our students will complete the Georgia Student Health Survey (GSHS) within the next few weeks. Per the Georgia Department of Education, the GSHS assesses student perceptions of school climate and safety. Please email your child’s counselor by Wednesday, 2/9/22, if you do not want him/her to participate.
