Assuring learning excellence and readiness for a changing world.

Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year!

Back to School sales are in full swing, the Minnesota State Fair is right around the corner, and it is time to start welcoming our Scarlets back into the building!

Last week, we mailed our Back to School letter to families. You can also find it here. This letter has important information about Kick Off Days, Open House, and Link Crew. If you have any questions about this information, please don't hesitate to call us at 387-3461.

This is going to be the best year yet!

This is for all students and their parents who will be going out for a fall sport. The meeting begins in the auditorium at 7:00pm. After the large group meeting, you will break up into different rooms to meet with the coaches for your teams.

Kick Off Days - Checklist

Here you can find a checklist for all of the things you can do on Kick Off Days.

Please note, prior to checking out chromebooks/textbooks, parents will need to update the census verification form found in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. We will have computers and support available in the media center for those who need to complete the form on the Kick Off Days.

Schedule Changes

Counselors will be available for schedule changes from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Kick Off Days, August 21 and 22. Because the master schedule is constructed based on students’ requests from their registration for classes, schedule changes will be considered for only the following reasons:

1. To accommodate graduation deficiencies

2. To make changes due to summer school credit earned

3. To resolve scheduling conflicts (2 requested courses scheduled in the same hour)

4. To implement a student's IEP

5. To accommodate PSEO courses

The Counseling Center is very busy during these days, so please be respectful of the reasons for requesting schedule changes. Counselors will not make changes to schedules to change teachers or switch a class to a different hour; this includes moving a class to accommodate a work study/release hour.

School Supplies

The classes students are taking will dictate the specific school supplies they need. Teachers will have this information available to students and families at Open House and the first day of school.

Students should plan to bring writing utensils, notebooks, and a folder for the first day of school.

It is recommended that all math students have a TI 84 calculator.
