Well, maintaining a healthy weight will most definitely improve many aspects of your life, such as higher self esteem, chance of disease resistance, etc.

People are more inclined to be happier when healthy.

What advantages will my body have because of good weight?

As many doctors know, a healthy weight will reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, and less chance of falling ill to heart disease and diabetes.

How long do you have left?

It all depends on both circumstance, and lifestyle. If you eat healthy, your body will have better upkeep, and you'll most likely live longer.
