First Varsity Football Home Game - Friday, October 2
On Sunday, a private link to GoFan was sent to Seniors to purchase tickets. Seniors have until today at 4:00 pm to participate in this first round of student tickets. Today at 4:00 pm, all students should check their Fulton County Schoool email for a link to GoFan to purchase tickets. On Wednesday at 4:00 pm, the remaining tickets will be available for general admission through GoFan.
GoFan ticket important reminders:
- Once you have purchased your ticket, do not validate the ticket until you arrive at the gate. You will validate your ticket with the gate worker. The gate workers cannot accept tickets that have already been redeemed or validated. See the example below.
- Paper tickets or screenshots of a ticket will not be accepted at the gate. Gate workers will be available to assist if a ticket buyer does not have a smartphone.
- With the current seating capacity limitations, parents/guardians and students should only purchase the tickets they need for themselves. GoFan administration can track every purchase made, and those attempting to buy large amounts of tickets will be identified, contacted, and banned from future events.
Fulton County Schools protocols:
- No tailgating in the parking lot
- All spectators must wear a mask; social distancing in the stands will be required. All spectators will be screened, and temperature checked before entering the stadium.
- Children younger than high school age must remain with their parent/guardian throughout the event.
- Concession stands will be open selling pre-packaged items only.
- Fulton County School employee IDs will allow the holder into the game. Georgia High School Association passes will admit the holder, plus one person into the game.
- We are not able to accept employee IDs from other county districts.
Parking is limited, and there is a fee of $5.00 to park in any school lot. Money collected goes directly to the Cambridge Football booster club. Free parking will be available at Stone Creek Church just south of our campus on Hwy 9. Parking attendants will be located throughout the campus to assist you throughout the evening. View the map below that details the parking areas and exit plan following the game. Please note that every exit will be a right-hand-turn only.
Once again, we thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to kicking off the season in Bear Country next Friday at 7:30 pm. Our football team, cheerleaders, student trainers, and marching band have worked tirelessly to get ready for the season and look forward to a great crowd cheering them on. We hope to see you there!

Fulton Virtual and Georgia Virtual Courses - 2nd Semester Registration
Students taking semester one ("A") of an online class now, it is time to go ahead and register for the spring term (“B”) for your online course (s). In addition, if you are in an online semester-long class, you need to register for another online semester-long class.
This is especially important for seniors since the Counseling Department needs to make sure all classes the senior is taking is on his/her transcript when we send it to colleges. Seniors need to register for all spring classes now, so your transcript accurately reflects your classes. Not having the correct courses required for graduation and/or graduation requirements may hinder your college admissions.

Why is the Census important?
The Census is much more than just a headcount. It provides a picture of our nation that helps determine where to build new schools, hospitals, and businesses; how federal funding is distributed; and how congressional seats are apportioned. It also helps us see how our communities have changed over time. That’s why an accurate count is so important.
Locally, the Census:
- Determines district boundaries, and how many representatives each state gets in Congress
- Determines the annual distribution of federal funds—now over $675 billion each year. In Georgia, each person equated to approximately $1,600 per year for their community (for Milton!).
- Provides statistics to plan for new roads, schools, and emergency services.
- Helps businesses determine where to open.
That's why it's so important that you and your family are counted in Census 2020. Every person who participates means a little more funding, attention, and focus on our community.
Do you have some gratitude to share?
Students,
We hope your students who came into the building and those at home had a wonderful first day of Phase III.
Our teachers and staff enjoy your words for encouragement and gratitude as they are all working so hard for your students. If you would like to leave a note of gratitude, please complete the form below. We will share your words and thoughts with our staff.
Thank you, and #BeTheBridge
SAT Day at Cambridge
Cambridge will offer to the Class of 2021, an SAT School Day, on October 27, 2020, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. This administration is different from the regular SAT in that it is given during the school day and does not include the essay portion of the exam.
A few points to consider:
- SAT School Day in October is for students classified as seniors only.
- SAT School Day is free for students.
- Khan Academy offers free SAT prep. College Board sees 200 point gains in students dedicated to practicing using Khan.
This offer is good for the first 200 students, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in taking the SAT on this day, please sign up here:
