The much anticipated SAYS Bootcamps are coming in a few days. This is a crucial point in the story of SAYS, where our collective ideas and feedback will shape the destiny of team. Dramatic music ensues.

This briefing kit will contain everything you need to participate, enjoy, and contribute to the Bootcamps. Do read it a couple of times. The background image is pretty.

When everyone on the team does the exercise, the culture bootcamp will be effective. We will all get a whole lot more out of less time, and give more space for discussion and decision!

Take a good half hour to chill out, relax, and take the exercise.

• Each person who has prepared a product pitch, will be given 5 minutes to 'sell' their idea of a product vision to the team.
• People vote for the top 3-10 visions.

• Everyone writes down a list of criterion for choosing the winning product vision
• We decide the top criteria together, and evaluate the top ideas

The winning vision is then made into a summary on the wall
