Pink Out Tuesday Sept 20
Students will be allowed to dress up for pink out on Tuesday September 20. Dress Code still must be met. Students should not bring face paint or colored hair spray to school to apply.
Cheyenne Student Council will be selling tickets to benefit the American Cancer Society as part of our Think Pink Week next Monday and Tuesday (9/19-9/20). Between 7:10-7:40, students will be able to purchase tickets for $1. These tickets will grant students access to face painting and a photo booth. The tickets will also allow students to participate in a "Human Tunnel" at the volleyball game on Tuesday. Purchasing a ticket will also allow students to pick up one baked good from the bake sale at the game (first come, first serve, while supplies last). Tickets will be sold in the commons between 7:10-7:40. Tickets will not be sold at the game, but patrons may still purchase baked goods while supplies last. Fans will also be able to get into the game for $1 if they are wearing pink!
Technology Protection Plan Purchase for $25 by 9/23
Dear EPS Parents,
All PK - 12th grade students have been issued a district device to use for learning this year. At times, PK - 2nd grade students may be given the option to take their district issued device home with them to use. In grades 3rd - 5th, students may be required to take their devices home more often. All 6th - 12th grade students will be required to take their devices home each day.
All devices have a case to prevent accidental damage, however we strongly recommend that families purchase the $25/year Student Technology Protection Plan (STPP). Parents/Guardians will be financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Chromebooks and/or iPads, as well as chargers and cases. This plan covers your student’s device at school and outside of school. You may pay for the STPP online via our InTouch payment system. If you have difficulties using the payment portal, these directions should be able to help. The last day to purchase this coverage is September 23, 2022.
Thank you for your time,
EPS Technology Department

Student IDs Required to Be Worn Each Day
Students are required to wear their student ID each and every day. All students have received their initial ID for the year. Students that do not have their ID are expected to print a sticker to wear for the day. This should only be used in emergency situations. Students who have printed too many stickers will be expected to serve lunch detention and to purchase another ID for $5.
This is one of the district's many safe guards for our schools. IDs provide a quick glance of students that belong to our school, their grade level, and which parts of the building they should be in during the day.
Dress Code Reminders
The Edmond Public Schools Board of Education dress code policy. For reference - it is available by clicking here.
Please be sure your child is dressed according to the diagram labled appropriate. We will address dress code when students violate the policy.
