Ways to take a stand
- When you first receive a hurtful message ignore it. Bullys only do that to get a reaction and will probably stop after that but save the message.
- If the messages keep being sent to you save all of them then tell a trusted adult. You can then show them the messages.
- They will help you the bully will stop.
