Staff Spotlight - Mr. O & Mrs. Taff

Mr. O is Security at KMS. He has spent most of his life in law enforcement in multiple capacities and is a huge asset to KMS! You can find Mr. O directing traffic at pick-up and drop-off, supervising students at lunch, and fixing or moving just about anything in the building! If it needs done, Mr. O is your man! Thank you for your dedication to KMS, Mr. O!

Mrs. Taff is also Security at KMS. She is retired and loves to get out of the house, so she spends her afternoons with us at KMS! Nanci will jump in wherever she is needed and is always found with a smile on her face and helping hand. KMS is greatly appreciative of all that our wonderful Security personnel do for our building, students, and staff to keep our campus safe and functional! Thank you, Mrs. Taff!

Teachers in the Community

KMS's own Jessica Young was featured in this month's issue of Idaho STEM Action Center Newsletter for her work with the Boise Watershed this summer. Mrs. Young teaches 6th grade Physical Science and has worked in various grades and capacities throughout her career. She continues to grow her knowledge to impact her students in positive ways! Way to go, Mrs. Young!!
