Copy Codes have been updated for all teachers.
Timers
Timers were purchased and are in! They are ready to be signed out by Classroom teachers, learning support and ELL in the main office.

Missing Apples
We did notice that we have many missing apples in the hallway. If any teachers have an apple stored in their classroom, please place it on the wall in the hallway next to your room. If you need your name updated please email the office.
Discarded furniture:
If you are placing unwanted furniture outside of your classroom, please put a note on it to be removed so that the custodians are aware.
Mailboxes
Please come to the office and clean out your mailbox if you have not- many items go in them this time of year and several are full already.
Supplies and Print Shop Orders:
If you are missing any supplies or print shop orders, please email Jen. We are still waiting on 4x6 index cards, but the rest should be complete.
Back to school packets:
We tried to make it easy this year by stapling packets of items that can be kept at home for reference. Items to be returned to school (except for the Dojo sign-ups) are pink and unstapled. Please let the office know if you need more of anything, including Reading logs and Thursday Folder cover sheets.

COMMON STAFF Areas-
Please be sure to clean up after utilizing common staff areas. In an effort to keep our space clean and rodent free, any dishes left in the sink or around the sink at the end of the day will be thrown away.

District Updates & Announcements
Think Central
The data for Think Central is now loaded so teachers can login. Just a few notes and reminders:
- When teachers login for the first time they might be prompted for security questions and two check boxes agreeing to HMH’s Privacy and Term Agreements.
- A reminder that the login syntax for teachers and students is as follows:
UsernamePassword
Student[Student ID]@lancaster.k12.pa.usInitials of FN and LN + 6 digit DoB (MB090804)
TeachersSDoL e-mail addressTC + [network username] + 1! (TCmabinder1!)
- There are still some errors while uploading. Most are a result of bad data (inactive teachers with a schedule, students with a schedule in the wrong building, etc.). These errors should get resolved as schools clean up schedules over the next week or two.
- If teachers are not seeing classes or students, they can contact the HelpDesk and choose the “SIS Apps” category. We will check eSchoolPLUS and the batch import for errors and try to resolve the issue.
See someone going above and beyond...in addition to the paper version of the Staff Spotlight found in the main office here is a link that can also be used to celebrate each other…it can be completely anonymous and there is also a spot for choice on how you feel the celebration should be shared.
