Need a Verification Of Enrollment?
Students needing a Verification of Enrollment or VOE for driving permits or licenses will need to submit their request on the VOE clipboard located at the Registrar’s Office. Students may sign-up for their VOE before school, in between classes, during lunch, or after school. Once they sign-up for their VOE, it will be ready the following day after 7th period for pick up in the black box at the Registrar’s Office.
Please plan accordingly to ensure your VOE will be ready in time for any appointments you may have.
Reminders for Students
We have had numerous students wear hats, beanies, hoodies, and do-rags in the building. These items are against dress code and students are asked to remove them while at school. In addition, many students have been bringing blankets to school to use throughout the day. These are not permissible and are subject to confiscation. Please assist us by reminding your student that these items are not needed at school.
Many students also returned from the holiday break with white "air pods". Please understand that when your student brings these to school, it is at their own risk. Since these all look alike and so many students have them, lost or misplaced air pods are often not found or returned.
This Week in Advisory
All Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior Advisories will review a video on Course Selection. See link below to see all course selection resources available on our website.
We LOVE seeing our parents at performances, games, and competition!
However, we would like to take the opportunity to remind our Tiger parent community about some general expectations for our events and competition.
- Support your student and their teammates! No matter what they tell you or how old they are, kids love to see their parents in the stands! And they love hearing your voice as you cheer them on!
- Be LOUD, Be PROUD, Be POSITIVE! Remember, to keep your words positive and encouraging!
- Parents and spectators should not at any point address the referees, umpires, judges, etc. and/or opposing team players and/or coaches.
- Referees, umpires, judges have the full authority to have removed any person that they deem to be disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful. Once this occurs, you will be asked to leave by a Travis HS Administrator and/or FBISD Police Officer.

PTO/YES Program
The YES table is every Tuesday during all three lunches. Students can look for us in the Commons with the red tablecloth labeled Travis YES Program. If students need a print-out of their hours for National Honor Society or for any other reason, they should fill out the request form available at the table and turn in to one of the YES representatives. Students will be able to pick up the print-out the following Tuesday at the YES table, so please make a note of your deadlines and plan accordingly!
