Seesaw...for real!

Like a true Seesaw today, it was up and it was down then it was up again. As our entire country is switching to online, there were some hiccups. There may be more. Today was a Seesaw issue, but thinking about the number of devices using wifi/Internet at any one time may increase the reception for online meetings/streaming! I know in our house, there were three computers going along with Pandora in the background...we needed to shut some things down. Thank you for being flexible thinkers and heading outside for recess or curling up with a good book!

Please keep the school informed related to student illness - symptoms/diagnosis, etc. If your child is too sick to work, let them rest. Please just let us know. Stay healthy, wash hands, repeat!

In looking at the Facebook Principal Challenge today - so many of you were set up to work in spaces that look like you would be really productive! Don't forget to take walking breaks and recess too!

Read Alouds

Who doesn't love being read to? I love listening to books on long car rides, laying in my hammock or on my way to and from work! Our staff recorded books to share with you. You can find them on my Youtube Channel and can look for links to be shared via Seesaw soon too. More videos coming this week!

Zumba for Kids and Families

On Wednesday, April 1 Mrs. Luedtke will be presenting a Zumba class for kids and families at 9:00AM via THIS Google Meet link. This is not required, but will most certainly be fun! We look forward to seeing you there!

Principal Chat on Google Meet!

As things continue to change daily, it makes for a lot of questions! To help ease everyone's stress, I held my first Principal Chat on Zoom this past Sunday. Not only did we have an opportunity to have questions answered, it was a great time to SEE faces! At one point, we had over 80 participants! If you would like to see the notes/questions from the call, they can be found HERE or on our website.

Participants on the call would like to see it happen weekly, and on the weekends. Our next two calls will be on GOOGLE MEET - Sunday, April 5 and on Saturday, April 11.
