WINTER PERCUSSION UPDATE
They finished 7th in the state of Indiana in their first season competing in a higher class - Open Class - in IPA (Indiana Percussion Association)! Way to go Royals!!! Next, they take their show, “Syncopated City,” on the road to Dayton to compete with groups from all over in WGI. What a journey so far this season…and there’s more to come!

SUMMER DATES
Marching Band 2023 Summer Dates Announced!
In order for families to plan for vacations, summer camps, etc., we want to release the dates that we are going to have band camp during the summer for the Royal Command & Guard! When the schedule references All Marching Band Students or Full Ensemble, this includes all Brass, Woodwinds, Percussion, and Color Guard students. Times are still TBD, but the weeks that we are planning on having rehearsals are as follows:
New Marcher Camp Friday, May 26th (For all incoming freshmen, leadership team, and any students that are joining marching band for the first time)
Week of May 30 – June 2 ALL MARCHING BAND STUDENTS
Week of June 5-9 Guard and Percussion ONLY
The Fishers Spark! Parade will likely be Saturday, June 24th so we would rehearse that morning and perform in the parade that evening. I do not have confirmation on this yet.
July 24 – 28 ALL MARCHING BAND STUDENTS
July 31 – Aug 4 ALL MARCHING BAND STUDENTS
