- 2:00-2:30: Rule School w/ Ms. Meg (Tier 2 Behavior Student Intervention for invited students)

- Wipe down counters/tables/tidy up
- Load/Unload dishwasher (daily, if needed)
- Check Frig's once during the week - throw away stinky/expired things
- Throw away old flyers/old mail that piles up
- Adjust chairs/tables if shifted

- Elf on the Shelf Sign Up: Sign up here to hide and provide a message to students for our 2 elves...
- Roaring Readers "Home" Log Sheets: (Classroom Teachers Only). Read over the packet of materials I put in your mailboxes and send home the reading log sheet with your students soon. K-4 students must log 600 minutes of at home reading / Grade 5 needs 800 minutes. The deadline for students will be Thursday, March 19, 2020. The deadline for teachers to turn in your SIGNED roster of who completed the challenge will be Monday, March 30, 2020. I must mail them off on March 31.

- Technology Program edits: (Classroom Teachers Only): I put a sheet of paper in your mailbox. Please edit it with any apps or bookmarks that are missing from the page as we attempt to reset up all devices in the school with a folder for your grade level that matches programs we support/pay for.
- Inside Day Ideas: I didn't hear from any teams (Grades 1-5). Did anyone want me to edit the Inside Day schedule to say 'one room for games', etc. or leave it as is (with girls in one room/boys in the other).
- Staff Xmas Party - FRIDAY, Dec. 13th: 6:00-10 or so? Thank you to Karen (& Bill) Borg for offering to host us again at their home for a holiday gathering. Start finding those babysitters. Sticking to tradition, you are invited to bring a $5. "garden" gift / adult (one adult guest is also invited).
- Warner's Meal Train: If you feel the need to help support/ease Sarah's shift back into work mode a bit, here's the latest meal train.
- Camp Invention (June 15-19, 2020): I could still use 1-2 more instructors to put on the list....base pay is $550 for the week for anyone (certified or classified) who may want to run a station at science camp....it goes from 8:30-3:30 M-F for one week only. Let me know!
- Uploading Newsletters/Notes Home: Classroom teachers...please upload your .pdf family newsletters to your 'eBinder' folder so we can access them from the office.
- Nov. 26: Deadline to order PTA tshirt/sweatshirt (Put all orders/$ in PTA box)
- Nov. 26: Deadline for students to sign up for craft & bake sale (on Dec. 6)
- Dec. 6: 3:30-5:30 Student Craft & Bake Sale in the Gym (tell your friends to come shop!)
- Dec. 11: (OPTIONAL) All Staff "Cookie Exchange/Holiday Giving" 3:15 in Library (everyone is invited to bring 4 dozen goodies (and your own container to take some home).
- Jan. 17: 7th Annual District Art Contest: Encourage students to enter the "nature" contest this year or take it on as a class. Entries are due no later than January 17th.
- Future Into Reading Trainings: Jan. 17, March 13, and May 15. Subs will release these teachers to attend the training in the East Computer Lab: 8:00-9:30 Grades 2 & 3 / 10:30-12:00 Grades 4-5 / 1:00-3:00 Grades K-1
- March 22: Deadline to submit any student Patriotism Essays (per the Lions Club Contest - hanging by the downstairs copy machine). Paricipate with your students, if you wish.
- March Board Mtg. Any MDEF Grants must be submitted for pre-approval.

Staff Notes:
- Giving Tree tags will be on the tree for any adults to take and a Cram the Van box will be available next week for anyone looking to make donations to our local families over the holidays. Watch the tree!
- IRI Scores: Final 2019 Fall IRI results by state, district, and school is now available. Click here to access the data.
- NEW 5th Grade Spring Science ISAT: A document that summarizes all of the key aspects of the new ISAT Science assessments has been posted on the ISAT Portal. The document answers these questions, and more.
· What are the testing dates for the ISAT science assessments?
· What do the SY2019-20 ISAT Science blueprints tell us?
· What is a cluster?
· How can I administer the science interims?
Golden Spoon (Cafeteria PBIS Challenges): will start the week after Thanksgiving. It will be a way for cafe supervisors to recognize classes that show awesome work for a variety of cafe expectations!
Eagle Eye 'BOX': Students will soon have a choice whether to enter their names into the clear box in the hallways (starting next week) OR the classroom can. At the end of each week, classrooms will empty their classroom cans into the big box to try to help us acheive a school wide reward. We are hoping to collect 1000 Eagle Eyes by December 20th to earn a school wide special event in January!
