How to Help Your Teen Succeed in School
Brain Matters--Tips for Parents
Did you know that your child's brain is growing almost as much as it did in infancy? They need your support now, just as they did when they were babies. By encouraging
a few simple things, depicted below, you can help your teenager's brain grow!
Encourage Good Nutrition
Proper nutrition is important to both physical and mental growth.
Encourage Exercise
Exercise helps develops the body and the brain. Also, it helps keep teens away from harmful activites such as smoking, drinking and doing drugs.
Encourage sleep
Sleeping is when the brain is doing some of its major work. Have them turn off those electronic gadgets and let them sleep late, when possible.

And remember to let kids be kids. Believe it or not being goofy helps the brain grow too!
