From Principal Parquet

Dear Parents,

We are so excited to have students in the building finally! Remember that K-2 will start Oct. 12 and Gr. 3-5 will start Oct. 19. All car riders will need to enter the campus off Michigan Road. Please look at the map below to see the traffic pattern.

New this year, each student that is in car pool will get a back pack tag with a number and the parent will get the corresponding number on the rearview mirror hanger. (See pictures) Every student on the bus will also have a bus tag(See picture) with their bus number. We hope this will help move along our car pool and bus dismissal. We have developed a different traffic pattern for the PM Carpool. Please view the map to see. We are hoping this will allow more cars onto the campus and less congestion on Michigan Rd.

**Parents are NOT allowed to exit vehicles to assist students out or in cars.

Carpool:

AM: Students need to be ready to exit the car by themselves. No adult will open the door.

8:00-8:45-Please note that tardy is still at 8:30.

PM: Students will enter vehicle by themselves. Parents will not be allowed to exit car to assist student. If student needs help, car will need to pull up to a designated area by adult running traffic flow.

3:00-3:45

Bus:

AM:

Dismissed by individual buses

PM:

Called by bus number by grade level

Masks:

Please make sure students have masks on to enter school.

Also, please note that we will not have any parents volunteering or in the building until further notice. We appreciate your support and understanding. Safety first!

We hope you all have a wonderful Fall Break and are as excited as we are to have the students back in the building. Take some time to view the video with your students.

Thanks,

Keana Parquet
