School Picture Make-up Day

Portrait retakes and absentees will be taken for Creekside Forest Elementary on Tuesday, October 19th. You may visit https://www.prepayorders.com/school/cfe9095 to prepay for your package online. Please have your student dressed in their best for their Fall photo.

If you previously purchased a package, and would like your photo retaken, ALL purchased items must be returned to the photographer the day of pictures. We can then exchange the old photos and place a new order for your child’s retake photo at no additional cost. Please call Provine at 713-528-1059 for any questions.

Everyone who didn’t purchase should have received a 2nd chance flyer with your child’s proof on it. If you haven’t, please email the below information to provinehouston@gmail.com. We can then send you a link to view & order your photos.

It may take a couple of weeks to process. It is required that the application be processed and complete prior to visiting the campus as a Watch D.O.G.S. You will receive a confirmation email once you are approved. Thank you for being our Watch D.O.G.S., as you are providing a positive and active male role-model for students during their school day, and you are an extra set of eyes and ears to enhance school security.
