St. John Lutheran School exists to nurture children in faith and intellect, equipping them for Christian lives of service.
"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
A Slice of “Spiritual Bread” for the Christian Home . . .
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:7
As the 2018-19 school year soon comes to a close, we have much to be thankful for to our gracious Lord. It was amazing to see children grow in their academic skills in their various levels of learning. More spectacular, however, was to see their love of Jesus grow and the promises of His Word touch the heart of Jesus’ lambs each day.
The Word of God before us today reminds us of the “true peace” that is ours through faith in Jesus and His Word. That “peace” permeates all we do at St. John Lutheran School and I pray that we all cherish that “peace of God” as we journey ~ through the joys and challenges of our earthly journey ~ toward our heavenly home.
Have a wonderful summer break and may Jesus always keep you in His care!
Blessings in Christ,
Jon Woldt, Principal
