Truitt Middle School

March 2021

Dear Parents,

It has been challenging these past few weeks, but my hope is that everyone is doing better in this warmer weather. Our cafeteria staff is continuing our food distribution on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:00 in the front of the school. Please contact your counselors if you need any other assistance as they have resources to share if needed.

The district has made the commitment to provide a computer for all students (connect and face-to-face) for at least 5 years. Once a computer is assigned to a student, it is theirs for their duration of years in CFISD. Over the past few weeks, we have contacted parents to arrange for computer pick up, but still have around 100 computers in the library waiting for face to face students to turn in permission slips. If you are a connect student parent we are asking you stop by Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 and 3:00 to sign for your computer. Students will be using their computers every day in class.

Thank you for helping us get a computer in the hands of each Timberwolf.
