Whitkirk Primary School Blog
A weekly blog from the Headteacher
Year 5 clay modelling
This week has been a real delight! I'm sure you'll agree that the harvest celebrations in church were terrific; all of the children sang, performed and read wonderfully. We had a splendid whole school assembly on Thursday, led by our visitor Roop Singh. You can see from the photo further on in this newsletter, what an excellent learning experience this was for the children. Next week we welcome Alison from Whitkirk, St. Mary's church for our Monday assembly, our Cubs classes will visit Temple Newsam farm on Wednesday and we have our prospective Reception Parents evening after school on Thursday.
I hope you all have an enjoyable and restful weekend; see you next week.
