- may be used for many things in the kitchen
Boning Knife
- a skinny but curvy knife
- usually used to separate the bones from the meat
Serrated Knife
- small knife with ruff edges
- used to cut soft food
Butter Knife
- small and smooth knife
- used to spread butter and nutella on bread
Utility Knife
- a sharp knife with a plastic handle
- used to open boxes and cartons
