There are multiple types of styles of coaching. Coaching is training or development in which a person called a coach supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal. Coaching can mean many things and there are coaches for all sorts of things, just to list a few, business coaching, career coaching, financial coaching, health coaching, life coaching, marriage coaching, and sports coaching. Mainly, we will be discussing sports coaching and breaking down which style of coaching is best for each sport and age group.
