2020 Internal Grant Updates
COVID-19 IRB Updates
Any in-person participant interaction should still be paused. Research procedures involving no direct in-person interactions with participants may continue (e.g. data analysis, online surveys, telephone interviews). This applies to both exempt and non-exempt research studies. You may submit protocols for approval as in person requests. They will be held until such time that in person studies may resume. You will then receive the protocol approved with that date so you don’t lose months waiting for this to happen.
The TCU compliance committees (IACUC, IBC, IRB, and Laser Safety) are continuing to operate and process research protocols remotely and electronically without significant impact on operations. Please continue to monitor the TCU COVID-19 Updates and FAQs page for latest updates (https://www.tcu.edu/coronavirus/index.php). Additionally, please refer to https://research.tcu.edu/coronavirus-covid-19-impact-on-tcu-research/ for information regarding COVID-19 impact on TCU Research.
