Welcome Back!

Welcome back! Hopefully your winter break was restful and relaxing. As we begin a new year, I hope it is filled with hope and promise for all! At Lopatcong Elementary School, we are ready to make 2016 a year filled with success, hard work, and dedication as we provide our students with daily opportunities to learn and grow.

80th Day of School-January 11th

Monday, January 11th is the 80th day of school. We are going to celebrate the 80th day of school with an 80’s Dress Down Day. Students and staff may dress in their favorite clothes from the 1980’s. Students will also do special activities in their classroom that involve the number 80!

NO SCHOOL-January 18th

There is no school on Monday, January 18, 2015. Enjoy the long weekend!

Country Western Day-January 22nd

As part of our school-wide Positive Behavior Support Initiative, our students have earned a school-wide total of 10,000 paws so far this school year! They earn paws by being ready, respectful, and responsible. We will celebrate 10,000 paws with a Country Western Day on Friday, January 22nd. Students may dress in their favorite country western outfit. We will also have a brief country western dance parties during the day. Great job Panthers! Keep showing us your panther GRRR (Get Ready, Respectful, and Responsible)!
