Our Learning - Where We've Been


Students add and subtract negative numbers.

Student use, interpret, and create line plots and line graphs.

Students find and plot points on a coordinate grid and discover quadrants.

Students find the area of a rectangle and non rectangular figures.


Students review the life of plants.

Students explain where plants would grow best in given environments.

Students explain how and why flowers are pollinated.

Students explain why plants grow fruit.

Students explain how the food we eat is a result of selection.


Working towards our building goal, students Integrate information from several texts on the same topic in order to write or speak about the subject knowledgeably.


Students have been working on the mechanics in writing, punctuation specifically with regards to commas.


Students will spell words with the long /u/ sound.
