*Explain why and how you procrastinate
*Counselor helps you get your perception of why you procrastinate
*Ideas are given by your counselor to change the behavior, along with your ideas too
*Homework is give to do to help you.
*Examples: If feelings of procrastination/ anxiety begin you will say an affirmation given to you to say by your counselor.
*Write a list of things that are to be done, do 3 a day, then check them off.
This is the start of your treatment.
