GAME HI-LIGHTS
Monday, May 1
The softball team kept their winning streak going with a 13-3 win over Holicong yesterday to improve their record to 4-0. Great pitching efforts by Gracie M. and Lexi M. were coupled by huge hits by the whole team including a home run by Tori S.
Boys 8th Grade Baseball
The Tamanend varsity baseball team lost to a talented Holicong team by a score of 8-4. Michael C. went 4 for 4 with 3 RBIs and stolen bases while playing solid defense at 3rd base. Shane H. came in relief and kept the Tigers in the game, but the home team could not overcome an early deficit. The Tigers will look to get back in the win column today against New Hope!
Girls 8th Grade Soccer
The 8th grade soccer team tied their game yesterday 2-2 against Log College. Janessa scored both goals with help from her teammates.
Tuesday, May 2
Boys/Girls Varsity Track
Congratulations to the Tamanend track team who traveled to East and raced against 2 tough CB teams. The following 8th graders placed in their events: Liam, Shane, James, Ben, Brian, Ryan, Michael, Reece, Tommy and Ally. 7th grade place winners included Brianna and Jaylen.
8th Grade Baseball
The Tamanend varsity baseball team beat New Hope by a score of 15-0. Alex B and Dakota B pitched a combined 4 innings in the shutout win. Dakota B. also added a home run on the day. The Tigers will look to start a winning streak on Thursday against district rival Tohickon.

Girls 7th Grade Softball
Congratulations to the 7th grade girls softball team for a hard fought win over Tohickon 11-10. Great team pitching effort by Emma and Abby combining for 9 strikeouts. Alannah led the offense going 4-4 with two doubles.
Boys 7th Grade Baseball
7th Grade lost their game at Tohickon.
Girls 8th Grade Soccer played at home vs Klinger Middle.

Girls 8th Grade Softball
The 8th grade girls softball team improved their record to 5-0 yesterday with a win over Holicong. It was a tough battle but all around team win!
Girls 8th Grade Soccer
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Soccer team on a 2-1 win over Newtown yesterday. Strong defensive play by Bridget, Makayla, Leah and Kelli kept Newtown from getting too many shots off. Sam and Catherine played a strong game in the goal saving some tough shots. Janessa, Caroline and Liz kept the pressure on in the offensive end using their speed to outrun Newtowns defense. Scoring for the lady tigers were Caroline with 1 and Janessa with 1 with an assist from Caroline.
Boys 8th Grade Baseball
The Tamanend 8th grade baseball team lost in extra innings to district rival Tohickon by a score of 3-2. “Big Play” Clay N. pitched an excellent 6 innings of baseball and Dan C. was calm, cool, and collected in relief. Clay N. also went 2 for 2 on the day w/ 2 runs scored. Dakota B. had 2 hits of his own. The Tigers control their own destiny and will look to punch their ticket to the post season CB tournament on Tuesday in a critical match up against district rival Unami.

CB South Girls Soccer - There will be a CB South Girls Soccer Informational Parent Meeting on Wednesday, May 24, from 6-7:30 in the Forum
CB South Field Hockey - There will be a field hockey interest meeting on May 22 at CB South immediately following the Concussion Meeting and Impact Testing scheduled for 3:00 pm
For All CB South FALL ATHLETES – there will be a mandatory concussion meeting on May 22 in the auditorium at 3:00 pm. There will be Impact Testing to follow. Here are the impact testing times:
Field Hockey and Girl's Volleyball- 3:45pm
Boy's Soccer and Cheerleading- 4:30pm
Freshman Football and Girl's Soccer- 5:15pm
JV and Varsity Football- 6pm
GOLF- THERE IS A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL BOYS AND GIRLS INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT FOR NEXT FALL'S GOLF TEAM. THURSDAY MAY 25TH AT 3PM IN THE FORUM ROOM
