This session will focus on giving teachers practical ideas they can take back to their classrooms to put to use with all writers, especially their multilingual students. If you are interested in learning more about how to scaffold and support your multilingual students, this session is for you. (K-5)

If you are ready to move past the five paragraph formula, to empower your students to make authentic decisions as writers, this session is for you. Come to gain ideas about how to implement writing instruction that helps your students write essays with purpose and thought, using mentor texts to guide them. (3-12)
