Students who are not dressed appropriately will be making phone calls home and require a change of attire.

THURSDAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED IN THE GARDEN
Thursday Volunteers Helping Students in the Garden - This spring, Allen Potter, Kartal Jaquette and Meg Caley are using new systems and devoting a significant amount of time to help make sure students have more time in the garden and farm. One specific system is a new garden class led by Allen each Thursday. If you are interested in helping small groups of students with small gardening tasks under the overall supervision of Allen, please email allen_potter@denvergreenschool.org. We will get started after spring break and even an hour on a Thursday is a useful support for our students.
SPROUT CITY FARMS
Signup for shares at the farm this season is officially OPEN! CSA share info and applications are available in the front office and on our website for work shares (reduced price) and sponsored shares (free of charge to low-income families).
Vegetable share: $325
Fruit share: $140
Egg share: $95
CSA pickup this year is every Wednesday 4 PM - 6 PM, July 1-October 21. We've gone back to starting pickup at 4pm so those of you with kiddos at the school don't have to wait so long to get your veggies, and we're starting the season later and ending later so you get a better variety of crops!
Please let Farmer Meg know if you have any questions (meg@sproutcityfarms.org), and we hope you'll join us for our 5th season at the Denver Green School Community Farm!
