PRIDE Awards

Congratulations to all our PRIDE Award Winners!

Each year, Brunswick City School District Administrators recognize students, employees, and community members as PRIDE award recipients. PRIDE, an acronym that stands for Performance, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Effort, embodies the ideals Brunswick City Schools strives for every day. PRIDE is a part of PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Supports), a statewide initiative dedicated to improving social, emotional, and academic outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities and students from underrepresented groups.

Unfortunately, the PRIDE recognition ceremony scheduled to occur during the Board of Education Meeting on March 16, 2020, was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadly, we couldn't recognize the award winners in person. We are excited about the opportunity to applaud the achievements of these individuals! While an in-person ceremony remains impossible, we created a presentation to acknowledge the award winners' performance, respect, integrity, determination, and effort. We continue to be inspired by their commitment to excellence!

For your viewing convenience, we have created an index of all the award winners with the time marker at which they are recognized!
