Put on Purple Day 2017
POP Day is an annual part of lupus awareness month where people wear purple and buildings and other landmarks are illuminated in purple light to help call attention to the impact of lupus. I hope you will join me in this year's event.
POP Day - May 19, 2017
Friendly Reminder
This time of year unfortunately brings many germs. The Rock Hill School District follows the South Carolina Department of Health Guidelines and Exclusion Policy. Please remember the following guidelines before sending your child to school.
- Your child needs to be fever free for 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication, before returning to school. A fever is classified as 100.0 under the arm, or 101 orally.
- Your child needs to be free of vomiting for 24 hours before returning if he/she has thrown up at least 2 times in the previous 24 hours.
- Your child needs to be free of diarrhea for 24 hours before returning if he/ she has had diarrhea in the previous 24 hours.
Thank you for your help in keeping all the staff and students at India Hook healthy!
