Housekeeping
- End of Year TTESS ~ Before your conference, make sure you:
- complete your end of year goal setting form - Part 1 is about next year's goal, Part II is your reflection of this year's goal. You can submit or not - either way is fine.
- submit your self-reflection form by sharing it with your appraiser
- complete your student growth tracker but DON'T submit before the conference
- Zones of Regulation posters were put in boxes last night. I missed a couple because I ran out of time. I will also make them for common areas.
- Open Enrollment started Wednesday. We will have someone hear to go over plans on Wednesday, April 24th all day. You can make changes until May 15th.
- Spring Fling April 25th ~ Molly sent an email about class Silent Auction baskets. We will also need staff to work the games. Molly will send me a list of all the games soon so that I can create a sign up sheet.
- Eduphoria Lockdown Browser ~ AISD Dept of Digital Learning sent an email about this. Make sure you read it.
- Discovery Center Night is Thursday, April 18th. It is from 5:30-7:30. We are sharing the night with Ridgecrest so we only have to have staff there from 6:30-7:30. Here are those signed up:

**It is no problem if you switch cafeteria duty with someone. If you switch the whole week, please go to the link on the Padlet and change the names. If you switch a day here or there, just let us know!

Safety
- ALWAYS check people in halls of building for their badge if you don't know them.
- Make sure students are escorted in and out of the building to and from recess and gym. Adults must check that the door latches.
- As you walk out or in the doors, please make sure you are double checking that they are latched.
- Never prop OUTSIDE doors open.
