Virtual Calming Room - Check-It Out!
The Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families, and staff to find strategies for managing emotions and feelings in positive ways while building resilience. Sometimes, life gets challenging and overwhelming. We can feel stressed with life’s events, both big and small. The Virtual Calming Room provides resources and tools to help you find new ways to manage life, explore new problem-solving opportunities, and develop coping skills. Enjoy and take some time for yourself.

We need the following information as soon as possible:
- All college acceptance letters
- Financial Aid/Scholarship Award Letters - Please inform Mrs. Berry in the Counseling Office of any scholarship awards received regardless of your intention to accept them. Just bring us a copy of your award letter. We would like to recognize all scholarships awarded to GHS seniors at Awards Night and in the graduation program.
- Military paperwork - A copy of your Military paperwork is necessary so that you may have a military cord to wear at graduation. Please bring your paperwork to Mrs. Berry in the Counseling Office.
"Senioritis"
For those of you who may be experiencing "senioritis", remember how important these final grades can be. Colleges make decisions based on the final transcript and that could also mean the difference in receiving the $5,000 LIFE scholarship. Many of you are very close to the 3.0 GPA so work hard in your classes during this term.
