Lost and Found

We want to update you on lost and found. Our wonderful students have been working hard on this project. They have reunited items with students if there were names on them. More items will be added soon.


They are also building the catalog of lost items. Each item will have a number. So far, students have cataloged about 100 items! You can view the items HERE. If you recognize something, HERE is a form you can use to claim it. Please note that items not claimed by December 21st will be donated to OGB (Operation Give Back) over the Winter Break. Thank you.

Attention 6th Grade Parents!

Save the Date! At our January PTO General Meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, the Junior High will be presenting about the transition for next year.

Flight Crew

Mr. Graulty and the Flight Crew have been working hard to continue to support and model "a school environment where all students wake up inspired to learn and return home knowing they did their best at the end of the day". These past few weeks, the students worked to make a video to share with students and parents with an inspirational and positive message. You can view the video here!

Attention Registered Nurses

The Sycamore Community School District is currently looking for registered nurses who would like to be employed as substitute nurses. Applicants must have current nursing experience, preferably with children, special needs, diabetes and an active nursing license.

Reporting a COVID related absence

If your child has been exposed, tested positive or has potential COVID symptoms please call our Attendance Line 686-1707 or click on this link to complete this form. Following this process helps us track the necessary information more accurately.

Please send your child to school everyday with a refillable water bottle. The water fountains are only accessible for refilling bottles.

REPORTING COVID-19 CASES OVER THE BREAK

If you need to report a COVID case over the Winter break, please call the district COVID-19 Attendance line, as building attendance lines will not be monitored. In addition to calling the COVID-19 Attendance Line (513) 686-1707, families and staff can report COVID-19 related absences online. Please visit https://goav.es/reportCOVID and simply fill out the Google Form for your student or yourself. You can also find an icon to the form inside the Sycamore Community Schools Mobile App. Submissions will be monitored daily. Thank you.

Volunteers Needed in the Media Center

We are looking for volunteers for our Media Center.


We need 1 volunteer per shift (60-90 minutes) to help stack books and other tasks.

Are you interested in becoming a Substitute teacher?

Parents, we have a need for substitute teachers!! If you would like to become a substitute teacher for Sycamore and work at Greene, we would love to have you! Please feel free to contact Mrs. Dennemann at dennemannm@sycamoreschools.org if you have any questions.


To get started, please click here to learn how to apply for a substitute teaching license. You do not need a teaching degree, but you will need a bachelor's degree. All of our classroom substitute teachers are employed by the Comprehensive Substitute Solutions of Hamilton County and the Clermont County Educational Service Centers. Thank you!

Activity Brochure

We are excited to release the Activity Brochure. These activities are a great opportunity for students to get involved and meet new friends. The sponsor of each club will come on our video announcements to share about the club and how to sign up a couple of weeks before they begin.
