Ice cream muffins

Ingredients -

1. 1 chocolate ice cream, very soft;

2. 2 eggs

3. 1 cup of oil

4. 1 cup of sugar

5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

6. 3 cups of self-rising flour


1. Take out the ice cream from the freezer, and put on the table to 1/2 an hour

2. Heat oven to 190 degree

3. Put paper cups on a baking pan

4. Put the melted ice cream in a large bowl.

5. Add eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla and stir with a wooden spoon into a smooth mixture.

6. Put raising flour into a bowl.

7. Mix until the mixture is free from lumps.

8. Pour the mixture into the cups.

9. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
