Happy New Year...

Happy Weekend Spartan Families:

Welcome to 2023 and the second half of our school year! We hope the final weeks of 2022 gave you some time to enjoy and connect as a family, and we wish you the very best in all of your New Year's Resolutions.

Below you will find a wealth of new information including a recap of our World Cup Competition, a special charity basketball game invitation, our Young Authors Competition and much more.

There is no school on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Spain/6Red for the WIN!!!

The Spartan Peer Leaders (with the help of Mrs. Wilmot and Mrs. O'Brien) organized a special, month long competition to highlight our Spartan P.R.I.D.E.

Personal Responsibility

Our 6 grade level teams earned points for meeting our school expectations and the winning team (6th grade Red Team) earned the right to play in a championship soccer match against the teachers. Below are some great shots from the epic battle.

*Note: Questionable score keeping led to a victory for the students :)

Honoring an American Hero

As we head into the long weekend, I wanted to take a moment to honor the life and mission of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. While there are many great videos and biography resources that showcase Dr. King's work and sacrifice during the Civil Rights Movement, the video below is one that is appropriate for students of almost any age.
