Toolbar and Tabs
ℹ️ Team Account Details
Under the name of your Team Account, you can keep track of the number of seats and Email Credits you have left and prepare for the renewal according to your Renewal Date.
💡 Make the most out of your Team Account by checking the number of seats you have left and inviting more staff members, teachers, principals, librarians, and even the PTO!
🚌 Members tab
Add and remove staff and colleagues to your Team Account via the Members Tab. After adding your staff not set others as Admins so they can help you manage the account.
🗞 Newsletters tab
Oversee all the communications leaving your school/district. In the Newsletter tab you can oversee every newsletter cerated by your team. As an Admin you can even go in and edit the newsletters to ensure they are in line with your School/District's Brand Guidelines.
🎳 Groups tab
Managing a School/District Wide Account can be time consuming and challenging. To keep things organized create groups. Groups could be broken down via Department, Grade level or building.
We recommend adding an Admin to the group. This way, the Group Admin will manage their group and oversee its communications.
📊 Reports tab
With a monthly report, you can find the most popular newsletters of the month and identify how recipients engage with them to further increase parents engagement!
📧 Verified Sender Domain Tab
Use your district email domain instead of Smore's to improve deliverability and increase the number of people who open the newsletters.
FAQs
1. How do Team Email Credits work?
The monthly email credit amount is determined by the number of members in the license multiplied by 10,000.For example, if your license has 30 members, it will automatically be granted 300,000 email credits per month for the entire license. Whenever a member sends a newsletter, email credits are deducted from the License's shared pool of credits.
2. What happens when someone who already has a Smore account joins the Team?
When someone has an existing individual Smore account and joins a Team under the same email address, their existing account is simply added to the Team account. All of their current content (mailing lists and newsletters) remains in their account, and their individually billed subscription is automatically canceled once they join the Team.
