We Engage We Educate We Inspire
Hello Stallions!
We had another wonderful week last week at the Ranch. We conducted our second and last bus evacuation drill of the year. Our School Council meeting was canceled due to some schedule conflicts. We meet again on the 28th of this month. Most of our grades had their Ranch Rules Talks and our 2nd Graders had a fun filled field trip to the Butterfly Wonderland! It sure was a great week!
Thank you to all those who helped out with the PTSO Soup R Bowl for bringing in delicious soups for the Stallion Staff! This is a tradition that EVERYONE enjoys. Thank you all so much.
Each spring GPS conducts testing for eligibility for our Accelerated Learning Program. If you are interested in having your child participate in the gifted testing process, please contact his/her teacher, or you can contact Ms. Emily England directly.
Dismissal is a busy time at the Ranch. In each classroom, students are packing up their materials, getting instruments and/or backpacks and lining up in the hallways. Due to all the activity, it is difficult for us to get messages into the classroom at this time. This means that after 3:20 PM (2:20 PM on Weds) we won’t be calling into the classrooms to inform students of a change in their departure plans. If you need to make a change to how your student(s) will be heading home, please keep this in mind and contact the office prior to 3:20 PM (2:20 PM on Weds). Unless we hear from you prior to these times, your student(s) will head home in their normal way. Thank you!
Be Safe,
Principal
