start the new year with 7 days of acts!
What better way to start the New Year than with a seven day challenge from ACTS Group as a way to help set the tone for 2015! Each day, starting January 1st and ending January 7th, The ACTS Group will be asking you to perform a small "ACT" to raise awareness for God's purpose in Sacramento and how people can engage with gospel transformation in our region.
You can find out information about the daily ACT by liking us on Facebook and following us on Twitter and Instagram, where we will be making daily postings. As you join in our "7 Days of ACTS", make sure you tag us on Facebook, twitter, or Instagram to share how you've participated!
It's That time again: Season of SErvice 2015!
1. Take a few minutes to Sign up for Season of Service 2015 so we will be able to know that you plan to participate.
2. If you are the service point person of your church, you can Sign your church up for Season of Service 2015 so we can keep in regular contact with you about the events your church is planning to participate, or is initiating themselves!
3. Share this e-newsletter with friends, family, co-workers, small group leaders, or others so they can also engage in serving our region during this important time.
Thanks for being a part of what God is doing through acts of love and service in our region! It's going to be a great year!

upcoming event: MLK Celebration Service
Our Season of Service launch continues with the Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Service on Sunday, January 18th, starting at 5:30pm at Capital Christian Center. The theme for the celebration is "We Are Better Together". The MLK Celebration unites people throughout the Sacramento area and invites them to celebrate—and be challenged by— Martin Luther King, Jr.’s vision of racial diversity, reconciliation, and harmony. It has grown annually with over 2,000 people from more than 100 churches attending.
