Health Attestation
Pease complete the Health Attestation Google Form. You will need to complete this form ONE TIME for the school year, NOT each week.
By completing the form parents are agreeing to screen their child daily and not send them to school with any symptoms of COVID-19. You are also agreeing to communicate with the school if your child becomes ill.
Breakfast and Lunch
All meals and snacks will be eaten in the classroom rather than the cafeteria. Teachers and paraeducators will provide supervision while students eat. This will be the only time students are allowed to take their mask off while inside the building.
Five day packs of free Grab & Go meals are available for students on their non-attendance days. Click the button below to reserve.
Non-Attendance Day Expectations
On the three days that students are not attending in person, instruction, assignments and homework will be provided. Teachers may choose to send home paper materials or may provide assignments in Seesaw or Google Classroom.
Attendance on these days will be based on activity. Students will be expected to demonstrate work completion on their assignments or online learning programs such as iXL or Reflex Math.
Specialists
On days that your child is not in the building they will have access to prerecorded specialist lessons in their Clever account. Look for the smiley face specialist icon with the purple background. This includes grade 4 and 5 students who are still in remote learning.
For our Continuous Learning students, you will continue to have specialists four days per week through Google Meet.
PTA Virtual Jog-A-Thon
It's time for our annual Jog-A-Thon put on by the Twin City PTA on Wednesday, October 21. We will ask students to jog at home and time themselves so we can keep track of minutes. Participation is optional, but the PTA appreciates your support in making Twin City as much fun as possible for your students.
This year's Jog-A-Thon goal is to fund the purchase of individual recess equipment, games for indoor recess, movement break materials, and hands-on learning center materials ... all the things that make school as FUN as possible.

Counselor Corner with Mrs. Schwarze
Courage is to choose what is good, right, and kind, even when it’s hard or scary. We will focus on this character trait for the whole month of October.
PTA General Membership Meeting
Thank you for joining our PTA! We are so grateful for our support.
Please mark your calendars for our first general membership meeting! It will take place on Monday, October 19, from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. via Zoom.
We have some important business to cover, including voting in a board member and approving our budget, so please attend if possible. To sweeten the deal, we will raffle off a $25 Starbucks gift card to one attendee.
We will send the link via email closer to the meeting.
Sincerely,
The 2020-21 Twin City PTA Board
