Seven Days to Success Challenge


Today's Focus - SPONSORING

Step One:
Go through past customer order forms, trunk show Hostesses, Facebook friends list, email contact list, etc. and come up with a list of at least ten ladies that you'd like to offer the stylist opportunity to. The key here - DON'T prejudge! It's easy for us to think of all the reasons why someone would not want to be a stylist - too busy, not enough connections, doesn't wear a lot of jewelry, etc. - but it's not your job to guess why not! It's your job to offer to everyone! Think big!

Step Two:
Once you have that list, shoot that person a quick email or give them a quick call and share the recording for prospective stylists from yesterday's call with Jessica Herrin. Always start with a compliment - why you think they'd be great - and then give them just a little bit of information. Too much overwhelms! The email I plan to send follows below.

Sample Email

"Hi Angie!

I hope you had a great holiday! I've been thinking about you lately. I had such a great time getting to know you at Nicole's trunk show (or insert however you met/know this person) - I really think you'd be an awesome Stella & Dot stylist. You have such a warm, friendly way and that special spark that draws people in! I really think you'd love S&D…and you'd be a rock star! This career has really been life-changing for me and I couldn't be happier with the leap of faith I took when starting!

Here's how our POA will work - a little recap:

Each day I'm going to post a task (via email) for all of us to complete. They may be short, they may be long, or they may be in between - but each will contain some task you can complete to move your business forward. When you've completed the task, send me an email stating that you've done so. EVERYONE who completes all seven will be rewarded for participating with a pack of Look Books! You don't have to do one a day...if you'd prefer, you can wait a few days and then complete all those you missed.
