To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will exercise more often and eat healthier food. Also, another thing I will do is that I will wake up and tell myself good things.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by realizing that even though it hurts now it won't hurt forever. Also, pain can be a good thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is that I will realize that it isn't such a bad thing and there could be much worse.
I am who I am because of my surroundings
I want to be happy and do a lot of fun things from life. So, I need to surround myself with happy and adventurous people.
