Notes from the Administration

We had an incredible week at Whittier! Thank you to all the parents who supported their child in the Talent Show. It always brings tears to my eyes to see the other talents that our students possess outside of academics. Thank you as well to Ms. Fishel, Ms. Polite, and Mrs. Waugaman for your help with the Talent Show!

Our 5th Grade promotion ceremony was a smashing success! And the celebration afterwards was also a huge success! Thank you to 5th Grade Celebration Co-Chairs, Mrs. Milsovic and Mrs. Waugaman, the Committee, and all the volunteers.

If you or your child has an outstanding balance, overdue or lost materials, their report card will also be held in the office. When you return the lost items or settle any charges in the front office, your child's report card will be given to you.

Teacher Assignments

For the past 6 years, we have given next year's teacher assignment on the report card. This year, we will be mailing to your address, teacher assignments during the week of August 16th.

The mobility of our student population during the summer has increased and once classes have been pre-established it can make placement of new students challenging. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Please ensure that you have updated your proof of residency if you have moved so that the letters make it to your home address.
