Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Office Manager will be the go-to person responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the office and campus, supporting the ITC team, managing the CEO’s calendar and planning recreational team activities.

This is a full-time position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.


  • Support general office and campus operation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for campus maintenance and cleaning: determine and schedule repairs, renovation projects and safety inspections
  • Maintain campus interior design
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist CFO to record and process payments and invoices for bookkeeping
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment and maintain proper stock levels
  • Liaise with IT to fix technological issues
  • Manage CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist HR in job posting, CV reviewing and planning team welfare activities and events
  • Develop office management procedures and processes
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Management of office budget and allocation of funds
  • Assist with everyday errands and activities as needed


  • Fluent Hebrew and English- both spoken and written
  • At least two years of experience in office management
  • Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional time management, organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick thinker, savvy problem solver with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Self-starter with project management skills
