The Location is the Eastern most part of TX along the Gulf of Mexico. The Natural resources are Trees, many rivers, fertile soil, Grasslands, lakes, most rainfall, fish, largest region, oil, natural gas. The Major Cities are Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, and Laredo. The Physical features are completely flat to rolling hills. The Economy is Lumbering, woods, products, farming, ranching, oil, refining, shipping, fishing, and industry. The crops are cotton, peanuts, pecans, watermelons, peaches, and christmas trees. The geographic subdivisions is piney woods, post oak belt, blackland prairie, gulf coast plain, and south texas plains. The climate is hot and damp humid, tornadoes hurricanes, and 30-55 inches of rain per year.
